Let customers book, or ask for a quote, at any hour.

A booking button or a quote form on your website, set up for how you work and tested on your phone.

  • Works with the booking app you already use
  • Approve each booking yourself if you like
  • Your account, your customer list

Two ways customers get in touch

Appointments get booked. Jobs that need a look get a quote request. Plenty of businesses want both.

No. You decide which services can be booked online, your hours, how long each appointment takes and how much notice you need. Many tools also let you approve each booking before it is confirmed.

Almost always. Most booking tools give you a link, a button or a calendar that can be placed on any website. We connect the one you already use rather than moving you to something new.

It makes it easier for people who already want to book, especially outside business hours. It doesn’t create demand on its own. Being found is the job of your Google profile and local SEO.

It depends on the tool. Some include reminder texts in every plan, some include a monthly allowance, and some charge a few cents per message. We show you the current figures for the tool you’re considering.

Most booking tools let you. The fee has to be reasonable and the customer must be told before they book, otherwise it can be treated as an unfair contract term. Card payments also carry a processing fee.

For some trades, yes. When we checked in October 2026, Square Appointments, ServiceM8, Calendly, Cal.com and Setmore each had a free plan with limits. Timely and Fresha did not.

Yes. Plenty of customers want to talk to a person, so the call button stays on every page.

We don’t recommend it. The tools made for your trade are cheaper, safer and already proven. We set one up and fit it into your site.

If the Privacy Act covers your business, yes: you must tell people who you are, why you’re collecting their details and who you pass them to. It covers health services and child care at any size. We add a short, plain notice to every form either way.

Our part depends on whether you need a booking tool set up, a form, or both. You get a price in writing after a short call, before you pay anything. The booking tool’s own fees are separate and go to that company, not to us.
